The Server Agent runs against your guests' cellular connection, not yours. The kitchen display caches tickets locally and reconciles when the link is back. Operators on a dead router have run full Friday service without noticing.
Yes. We sync to Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, and Aloha out of the box. Tickets land in your POS as if a human server keyed them. We're not asking you to switch.
Restaurant Agent uses Stripe under the hood. We'll spin up an account during onboarding if you don't have one, or connect to your existing one. Payouts hit your bank T+1.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on SOC 2 Type II infrastructure. We don't sell guest data, ever, and you can export or wipe your account in one click.
The Server Agent currently covers 50+ languages with strong dialect handling. If a guest tries one we don't yet support, we fall back to a human-friendly menu in English and notify your floor lead — no order gets dropped.
Most operators are live the same evening. Onboarding is: connect your POS, upload (or paste) your menu, print the QR sheet. Average from signup to first paid ticket is 47 minutes.
